Atif was instrumental in the design and development of the Cardiac Trio, which generates Cardiac MRI and CT reports in an efficient and cost effective manner.  The system collects data related to patient identification, history, MRI techniques, medications, and MRI measurements and observational items for each exam.  The exam can be entered manually, creating an exam and then typing in the data or it can be imported directly from the measurement and study workstations. The Cardiac Trio application also has diagram templates that allow data elements to be added to depict the condition of the heart and aorta under different conditions.

Atif designed and developed the MTRAC.  This is a web application that manages lab animal facilities.  The system observes various genetic patterns and ensures comprehensive handling of that data.   The application also manages location of lab animals by tracking cage information for colonies.  This software is provides valuable tracking to major research organizations such as NIH, University of Pittsburgh and John Hopkins University.
